What will the role involve?

Your work will involve managing a group of volunteers to design and implement an education-focused online social initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • managing a group of five volunteers working on the project as team members,

  • setting and monitoring goals for your team,

  • implementing outreach strategy targeting volunteers, beneficiaries, and partners of the project,

  • creating reports and updates to be used in the project's communication strategy.

Who are we looking for?

The perfect candidate for this role will:

 

  • have work or volunteering experience in the NGO sector,

  • have experience in a role involving managing a team,

  • derive motivation from working on social projects.
